AUD, SUD, schizophrenia etc) and a physical health issue that requires the support of LTC (ie. Hx of CVA, end stage COPD, end stage liver disease, Korsakoff...
We are looking for physician coverage 1-2 days (approx. 4-5 hours/day) at both CHOICE Norwood and CHOICE Mental Health. We are also looking for locum coverage to cover when staff physicians are away.
